The charger on the wall is the easy picture. The real job is a dedicated circuit, a safe route from the panel to the parking spot, and enough spare amperage that the rest of the house still runs when the car is charging on a humid August night.

Amperage and hardwire vs plug come from the manufacturer. Panel capacity comes first.
What rough-in and install mean here
We assess the panel, pull a dedicated circuit sized for the charger you plan to use, set the outlet or hardwire junction the manufacturer requires, and leave the install ready for the unit — or mount and hardwire when that is in scope.
If the panel cannot support it, we say a panel upgrade belongs on the estimate before you buy the charger.
Luxury homes and HOA realities
Gated Boca communities often care where conduit runs and how the wall unit looks from the street or courtyard. West Boca garages are common paths. Older east Boca homes more often need the capacity conversation first.
Process
Panel load check, route planning, permit when required, circuit install, charger mount or owner-supplied unit hookup, and a function test. Bring the charger model when you book so we match manufacturer instructions.
